Will I get the iOS message 'This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone'?

No. Our cables are manufactured with the highest quality materials to ensure this does not happen. The message is typical of cheap quality cables. Our cables are tested for quality at multiple points to ensure top quality.

MFI Certification means you won’t receive those pesky messages on your phone reading “This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone”. We despise those messages, and we guarantee you won’t see them with your new cable.

Do you sell in bulk?

Sorry, we don’t offer bulk orders at this time. But there are plans for the future. If you need more than a Family Pack, please contact us.

Do your cables have warranty?

Yes, all cables are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you wish to receive a replacement cable instead of a refund, please make the proper selection when filling the RMA request form.

What payment methods are accepted at 3DollarCable?

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal Payments accepted.

We currently accept Paypal payments and credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Users without Paypal accounts may still checkout with their credit or debit card and choose not to create a Paypal account in the process.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, our system emails you an invoice with your order details. If you did not receive one, please check your other email folders in case the email was incorrectly sorted. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll send you another copy.

Why did my payment not get approved yet I see it appear on my statement?

You are most probably seeing the Authorization on your statement, not a charge. Once the transaction(s) settle at the end of the day, the declined payment attempts should fall off your statement within about 48 business hours.

What is the difference between an Authorization vs a Charge?

When attempting to place an order you might see authorization requests on your online statement. These requests aren’t actual charges; they are tests to confirm that your payment card account is active and has available funds to accommodate transactions.

The funds are only withdrawn from your account when a transaction is charged or captured. 3DollarCable only captures the payment when the order ships. Authorization holds are removed by your financial institution shortly after your purchase clears. The time it takes to remove authorization requests varies by financial institution.

Can I pay for my order with a pre-paid VISA, Mastercard, or American Express gift card?

Yes, we accept payments with pre-paid gift cards. The gift card balance must contain the full amount of the order being paid. VISA and Mastercard pre-paid gift cards must first be registered at www.mygiftcardsite.com before used to make online purchases, as stated on the card’s terms and conditions.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are processed by the next business day and shipped shortly after. Shipments will usually be delivered in 3-5 business days once mailed. 

What are the delivery charges for orders from 3DollarCable?

There is a $2 shipping cost for your entire order, regardless of size. Customers receive free shipping on their entire cart when they purchase a Family Pack item.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment. But we’re looking into it for future plans.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

It is our honor to ship our cables to our beloved service men and woman. Simply place the order as normal and rest assured it’ll be sent to you.

Do you ship to addresses other than the billing address of the credit card?

If you wish to ship your order to an address other than the billing address of your credit card, you must use Paypal to ship to a Confirmed Address. 3DollarCable only ships to the billing address.

How does the Money Back Guarantee work?
