To get started, submit the form on this page. We’ll then reply with the return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number for you to include with your returned cable. Updates will be emailed during the complete return process.

Warranty coverage for Replacement or Refund is valid 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Check tracking details for delivery date. Ineligible orders that are mailed in will be discarded.
All returns must be issued an RMA Number to initiate the return process. No exchanges or refunds will be authorized for any packages returned without an RMA Number to 3DollarCable. Once an RMA Number is issued, the customer has 21 days for the returned merchandise to reach 3DollarCable.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on merchandise returned for warranty exchange or refund. 3DollarCable will cover the shipping costs to send new replacements to the customer.
There are no re-stocking fees on our products. In case of a refund, shipping fees are non-refundable.
